SoundTracking Android app boasts Spotify and Rdio integration

Dec 7, 2011

Already a hit on iOS devices, the official Spotify, instead of just limiting your followers to a mere 30 second sample of the music in question, it’ll allow you to share an entire track — definitely a bonus and a whole lot more fun.

According to TechCrunch, Steve Jang founder of SoundTracking said, “We don’t want to decide what music consumption service they should use. We would like to be able to offer a choice.” He’s hoping to provide users of the app a more seamless experience when sharing their music and mood, and he’s hopeful that iOS users of SoundTracking will also see the Rdio and Spotify integration one day, instead of just the Apple iTunes sharing they currently see.

Here’s Jang discussing the Android app and its advanced features at the LeWeb 2011 conference in Paris yesterday:

The app is free to download, so why not give it a shot and discover a new way to share your mood via the power of music.
