Recently I’ve been working on getting back in shape and eating healthier. I found some apps that have been helping me along my way and wanted to share them with everyone.

Runkeeper – GPS Track Run Walk

Everytime I run the lake or go for a really long walk I use this app. I love the interface and it’s never failed me. Love that it will upload stats and share with my facebook / twitter account.


Noom Coach: Weight Loss Plan

Great app for keeping track of your workouts and what you’re eating. It will not track specific food intake only calories.


Endomondo – Running & Walking

A friend recommended this app to try because of it’s interface and ease of use.



Another friend recommendation for an app to try to help with a couch to 5k program. Great for setting goals and achieving them!
