Android App Video Review: AirAttack HD Lite

Video Review

Vertical shooters are one of the classic genres that have recently been revived with the release of smartphones. We’ve seen remakes of popular old titles and the release of many newer games. AirAttack HD Lite is a vertical shooter that has now made its way to the Android phones.

Popular on other phones, the game is now looking to make a market for itself on Android. Starting into the game, difficulties and planes are chosen and the player is thrown right into the action. While you play through the game, you will collect and earn money that can be used to purchase special upgrades or power-ups to help you take on the overwhelming odds.

The graphics in the game were surprisingly well done and the game played extremely smoothly. I rarely had a slowdown on my phone. The soundtrack helps the game with its orchestral themes and epic choir.

Overall, the game was definitely a fun one to play through. At the time of this review, it was only available as a free lite version, but the full version has been promised soon. Definitely check this one out.
