This is the perfect app for yoga beginners. After a brief introduction you are introduced to the most basic poses. You are given a picture and step by step instructions. There are also nice beginner tips. There are three sections. Each pose has a little timer counting down for you so you don’t have to worry about how long you have to hold each pose for. You can also view a couple of alternative poses and see some yoga resources.
