this app is a fast and easy way to use a calorie counter. It has a large food database (over 750,000 foods), and fast food and exercise entry for calories. In addition there is a barcode scanner for when you are shopping you can add your calories


Daily Ab Workout FREE

Daily Ab Workout is a great app that has you do 5 minute daily ab routines It guides you through ten exercises.
The routine’s are used with animations and timers which allow you to easily follow along and understand each exercise.


Sit-ups Helper

Situp Helper uses sensors built into your phone and profile so it can detect situps automatically. All you need to do is hold the device wherever you want,(ex. lay on your chest, or stomach) and the will work to detect your situps or ab crunches.


Runkeeper – GPS Track Run Walk

This app uses GPS to track your fitness activities that includes distance, time, pace, calories, heart rate, and path you have traveled on a map.

RunKeeper also provides audio cues, customized interval workouts, manual entry for treadmill and other cardio equipment, integrated RunKeeper FitnessClasses and no advertising.


Push Ups

the Push Ups app adjusts the exercise path you are on based on your feedback on how difficult you think the exercises are.
