CBS’ Sports Fantasy app will get you through the upcoming season with flying colors. Free, this Android app brings you live scores, news, stats and even video highlights. You can also manage your CBS Sports fantasy team from the app, checking scores and lineups, and managing your team rosters.

ESPN Radio brings you live sports updates without streaming TV. Free, the app offers podcasts and highlights, but also has play-by-play broadcasts in real time. Follow your fantasy teams, even while you’re on the go, and receive alerts for scheduled programs of interest.
Prefer Google for your score updates? Try the Scoreboard app. You’ll get a quick summary of football scores, among other sports. The free Android app also brings you notifications for teams set as your favorites. The updates arrive in real time.
