Android App Tablet Review: HuffingtonPost.com

The Huffington Post’s app makes reading stories from the site on a tablet both easy and organized.

HuffingtonPost.com is basically what you see when you fire up the newspaper’s website in your browser – lots of text, a few photos, and a lot going on within any given page of the site. In the app, you get some added benefits of customizing what kind of stories are most important to you, organized in a list.

Reading on the app is easy on a tablet’s big screen. Stories are fairly streamlined with the occasional photo. It’s the bottom of stories – where links to lots and lots of other stories live – that gets a bit messy. Still, it’s nothing that makes reading the news especially difficult or cumbersome.

With lots of news and politically-charged opinions, HuffingtonPost.com is a great way to browse the site on your Android tablet.
